AI Productivity Coach (Level 3)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential training organisation seeking an AI Productivity Coach to deliver their Level 3 Working Smarter with AI programme. In this role, you will:

• Manage a caseload of learners through structured one-to-one coaching sessions and group workshops, building trusted relationships that support their development
• Coach learners to use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to improve everyday workplace productivity
• Guide practical application of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools, teaching prompt-based approaches that enhance clarity, efficiency and decision-making
• Support learners in developing safe, ethical and responsible AI habits, including awareness of data privacy, bias and security considerations
• Help learners build foundational digital support skills such as diagnosing application issues, troubleshooting and understanding escalation routes
• Guide learners through programme milestones, assessments and portfolio evidence to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes
• Engage with learners' line managers to reinforce programme value and support workplace application
• Collaborate with operations, product and curriculum teams to deliver consistent, high-quality learner experiences

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

• Expert working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including all core applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot and/or other AI tools for productivity and workflow improvement
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, including how large language models work and their responsible workplace application
• Confidence with prompt-based AI interaction and ability to explain effective prompting strategies to non-technical learners
• Awareness of AI risks and limitations including data privacy, bias, security and responsible use
• Experience diagnosing and resolving common application issues with understanding of digital support practices
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience with Power Automate or other low-code/no-code automation tools
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or Power Apps
• Background delivering training, coaching or user support in professional environments
• Teaching, training or IT support qualifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Trainer, ITIL)
