Dialer (US Sales Team)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization that serves US-based clients. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Dialer to support their American sales operations from the Philippines. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team while developing your sales and client engagement skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to potential and existing customers using automated dialing systems
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive cold calling while maintaining a professional and consultative approach
• Schedule appointments for senior team members and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Engage clients in selling staffing solutions including direct-hire and staff augmentation services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication
• Provide customer support across phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively
• Stay current on industry trends and market insights to provide relevant information during client conversations
• Adhere to all call scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies governing outbound communications
• Meet or exceed daily call volume, sales targets, and revenue goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Build and expand your professional network through associations, events, and social media platforms
• Participate actively in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English proficiency with strong spoken and written communication skills
• 2-3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center roles targeting US companies
• Previous sales or customer service experience is highly advantageous
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with persistence in making high-volume outbound calls
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain resilience under pressure
• Strong relationship-building skills with a service-oriented approach to client interactions
• Active listening abilities to effectively understand and address prospect needs
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with automated dialing systems, CRM software, and digital communication tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Adaptability and patience when working toward deadlines and sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Experience managing or mentoring junior sales team members is a plus

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: ₱30,000 - ₱60,000 per month
