Talent Acquisition Strategist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Talent Acquisition Strategist based remotely in the EMEA region. Our client has reimagined how world-class talent is identified and selected, building a dedicated team that applies behavioral science, rigorous analytics, and evidence-based methodologies to hiring outcomes. This is not a traditional recruiting role—you'll be working at the intersection of talent strategy, data science, and organizational performance.

As part of this leadership team, you'll drive strategic initiatives that ensure hiring decisions are objective, efficient, and aligned with long-term performance goals. You'll manage complex projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape the future of talent acquisition at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic talent science project roadmaps using exceptional project management capabilities, managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Design and implement solutions to complex talent challenges, leveraging your expertise to ensure the selection of exceptional candidates
• Ensure all talent selection initiatives align with high-performance outcomes and career development frameworks
• Create professional processes and frameworks that enable efficient execution of talent strategy
• Coach and mentor team members in analytical capabilities and thought leadership, developing training materials and documentation
• Act as a trusted advisor and inspiring leader, representing the team and stepping up to lead the function when required
• Partner closely with company leaders to understand and communicate the vision for talent across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional academic track record including an undergraduate degree in psychology or a people-based discipline
• Proven team leadership experience within a talent function in the technology or consulting industry, with strong project management skills to drive roadmap execution
• Deep understanding of talent selection methodologies, with a technological mindset to create automation and scalable solutions
• Advanced analytical ability to dissect and analyze data using SQL, Python, and/or statistical analysis tools
• Exceptional written and spoken English with strong presentation skills for senior stakeholder audiences
• Ability to travel internationally 2-4 times per year for team events

Nice-to-have skills:

• Advanced psychometric assessment expertise with knowledge of marketplace vendors
• Deep understanding of human behavior and intrinsic motivation
• Experience with Superset and advanced dashboarding platforms
