Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency with a global footprint, seeking a Senior Account Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Munich, Germany.

As Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and manage strategic relationships with a focus on social media communications. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic consulting and client leadership with emphasis on social media strategy
• Independently managing national and international client projects
• Contributing to campaign development and conceptualization alongside clients
• Executing campaigns and overseeing content production processes
• Developing actionable recommendations and trend analyses
• Managing budget control and quality assurance for client projects
• Supporting pitch presentations and new business development

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant agency experience, ideally with digital focus in social media or online communications
• Genuine passion for social media and digital culture
• Strong consulting competence and project management skills
• Hands-on mentality suitable for working within a collaborative team environment
• Highly structured, self-directed, and independent working style
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Very strong written and spoken German and English language skills

Additional Information
