Senior Account Manager:in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a Senior Account Manager for an 18-month contract position in Berlin. In this role, you will serve as a primary contact point for clients, focusing on social media strategy and communication.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic client consultation with emphasis on social media communications
• Managing client projects independently at national and international levels
• Contributing to campaign development and conceptualization
• Overseeing campaign implementation and content production processes
• Developing recommendations and trend analyses for clients
• Managing budget control and quality assurance for client projects
• Supporting new business pitches

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a professional with strong agency experience and deep social media expertise:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in an agency environment, ideally with digital focus, social media, or online communications
• Genuine passion for social media and digital trends
• Strong consulting competence and project management skills
• Hands-on mentality with ability to work effectively in a lean team
• Highly structured, independent, and self-directed working style
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

The position offers hybrid flexibility with a 2/3 split (minimum 2 days on-site, 3 days remote), plus the option to work remotely up to 20 days within Germany and 20 days within Europe annually.
