About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential digital health organization based in Germany. We are building a talent pool of qualified psychologists fluent in Deutsche Gebärdensprache (DGS) to support German Sign Language users seeking mental well-being support. This is a freelance, remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling.
Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be added to our pool. When demand arises on the platform, we will reach out to matched profiles. Thank you for your patience as we coordinate placements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online psychological counseling sessions (45 minutes each) with clients working on their mental well-being
- Identify client needs and offer individualized, evidence-based solutions for sustainable improvement
- Support clients with a range of topics including stress, relationship issues, career growth, communication skills, and insecurities
- Focus on prevention and equipping clients with proactive mental health tools
- Deliver sessions remotely via a secure digital platform
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's and Master's degree or Diploma in Psychology, ideally with a focus on clinical psychology and/or organizational psychology
- Minimum three years of experience conducting 1-on-1 counseling (at least 800 hours)
- Exclusive use of evidence-based therapeutic methods
- Fluency in Deutsche Gebärdensprache (DGS) for counseling delivery
- High degree of empathy and proven experience supporting people in difficult situations
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week for client sessions
- Located in or authorized to work in Germany
