About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital health organization based in Germany. We are building a talent pool of qualified psychologists fluent in Deutsche Gebärdensprache (DGS) to support German Sign Language users seeking mental well-being support. This is a freelance, remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online psychological counseling sessions (45 minutes each) with clients working on their mental well-being
• Identify client needs and offer individualized, evidence-based solutions for sustainable improvement
• Support clients with a range of topics including stress, relationship issues, career growth, communication skills, and insecurities
• Focus on prevention and equipping clients with proactive mental health tools
• Deliver sessions remotely via a secure digital platform

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's and Master's degree or Diploma in Psychology, ideally with a focus on clinical psychology and/or organizational psychology
• Minimum three years of experience conducting 1-on-1 counseling (at least 800 hours)
• Exclusive use of evidence-based therapeutic methods
• Fluency in Deutsche Gebärdensprache (DGS) for counseling delivery
• High degree of empathy and proven experience supporting people in difficult situations
• Availability of at least 5 hours per week for client sessions
• Located in or authorized to work in Germany
