About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing analytics SaaS organization in their search for a Senior People Business Partner based in London. This is a strategic, hybrid role supporting go-to-market teams across EMEA, with responsibility for talent strategy, organizational development, and employee relations across three countries: the UK, Spain, and Israel.

Our client is scaling their EMEA presence rapidly, which means you'll be building programs and infrastructure—not just maintaining what's already in place. You'll work closely with GTM leadership as a trusted advisor, shaping workforce planning, driving change initiatives, and ensuring HR practices are both legally sound and culturally aligned across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary People Business Partner for EMEA go-to-market leadership, providing strategic counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Coach and support GTM managers and leaders across EMEA to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams.
• Lead complex, multi-country initiatives including reorganizations, compensation cycles, and policy rollouts—building stakeholder buy-in and managing communications from strategy through execution.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters across the UK, Spain, and Israel, balancing legal compliance, company values, and individual respect.
• Translate workforce data—attrition, engagement, performance trends—into actionable insights and business cases that drive leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with the global People team on company-wide programs, contributing an EMEA and GTM perspective to global initiatives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulatory requirements across the UK, Spain, and Israel to provide confident, compliant guidance.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline transactional work, freeing up time for strategic judgment and high-impact advisory work.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of HR or People experience, including at least 5 years as a dedicated People/HR Business Partner, ideally supporting Sales or go-to-market functions.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR practice in the UK, Spain, and Israel—this is essential, not optional.
• Deep functional expertise in two or more HR domains: talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, organizational development, or HR policy.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and own multi-country challenges end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities, with a balance of commercial judgment and empathy.
• Fluency with AI and automation tools, and a proactive mindset for using them to create efficiency in your own workflows.
• Excellent, direct communication skills—able to build trust even in difficult conversations.

Bonus: Experience supporting APAC teams or familiarity with employment practice in additional European markets.
