We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in their search for a Graduate Sales Development Representative based in Birmingham. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch a career in B2B sales.
In this role, you will:
- Connect with potential customers and generate qualified business opportunities for the sales team
- Learn and apply a proven sales development process with comprehensive training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking ambitious recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow. No prior sales experience is required—just the right attitude and aptitude.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A recent university degree (any discipline)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with new people
- Drive, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
- Ability to commute to the Birmingham office three days per week
