Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization based in Berlin. In this role, you will join their social media team and contribute to visual content production across multiple client accounts. Your work will include:
- Designing static and carousel posts for social media platforms across various industries
- Performing basic video editing and content preparation for TikTok, Reels, and similar channels
- Creating and optimizing visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Handling regular design requests from cross-functional teams including creator teams, strategy, and HR
- Managing multiple concurrent projects and ad-hoc requests while supporting the existing design team
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a design-minded student who can balance creativity with execution in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include:
- Currently enrolled at a university in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Media Design, Visual Communication, or a comparable program
- Solid foundation in digital design with strong aesthetic judgment and awareness of social media trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Comfortable creating structured presentations in Google Slides
- Collaborative mindset with readiness for daily stand-ups and team coordination
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing is a plus
