Account Executive, French, Italy and Middle- East Markets

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Account Executive to focus on French, Italian, and Middle Eastern markets from their Paris office. In this role, you will:

• Drive outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and identify new business opportunities
• Manage qualified prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure
• Position and articulate the value proposition of an AI-powered communications platform to medium-sized businesses
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build excitement across decision-making teams
• Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to accelerate pipeline velocity
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity to ensure strong pipeline coverage and quota attainment
• Deliver product demonstrations, provide technical assistance, and successfully guide prospects through proof of concept phases
• Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity in all client communications

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS (mandatory)
• Fluency in French and English required; proficiency in Italian or Hebrew is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft
• Knowledge of sales methodologies like SPICED or MEDDIC is advantageous
• Track record of successfully closing net new business and generating your own pipeline
• Proactive, driven approach with the ability to identify business pains, articulate outcomes, and drive urgency
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Competitive mindset with a passion for achieving goals, continuous learning, and process improvement
• High energy and comfort operating in a fast-paced sales environment
