Product Manager Intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company in the customer communications space, and we're seeking a Product Manager Intern to join their Paris office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Master's student to gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-to-market teams on meaningful product challenges.

Our client is an innovative SaaS organization that serves thousands of companies globally. You'll contribute to product evolution by turning customer feedback into tangible improvements and helping shape experiences that users depend on daily.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Meet directly with customers to gather feedback, discuss pain points, and validate potential product improvements
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear opportunities and translate them into actionable product recommendations
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and prioritize enhancements that improve user experience
• Align dependencies and facilitate tradeoff discussions with stakeholders across multiple product areas
• Follow the development cycle end-to-end in an agile environment to ensure optimal shipping outcomes
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and product demos to support launches and go-to-market efforts
• Gather and analyze usage and performance data from multiple sources including interaction logs, analytics, and customer feedback
• Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities in product workflows to create more intuitive experiences
• Research and help implement tools and frameworks for tracking key product metrics such as latency, reliability, and usability
• Collaborate with teams to define and monitor KPIs aligned with product goals
• Help set up dashboards, alerts, and reports to support ongoing performance evaluation and decision-making

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree from an engineering or business school or university
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable conducting customer conversations—asking good questions, listening carefully, and following up effectively
• Able to work across teams, aligning dependencies and navigating tradeoffs with peers and stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and untangling problems that cut across multiple product areas

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous internship experience in a product or project team
• Knowledge of SaaS and product development cycles
• Familiarity with modern data tools and analytics

Pay
