About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for a Senior Product Manager to join their European team on a fully remote basis. Our client is a fast-scaling consumer platform with tens of millions of active users, and they need a hands-on product leader who can build, test, and ship—not just write specs.
This role reports directly to senior product and technical leadership. You'll own features end-to-end: defining the problem, prototyping solutions with AI-assisted tools, contributing code, running experiments, and iterating based on real user data. If you prefer building over meeting about building, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Own product development end-to-end—from problem discovery through launch and iteration—with minimal handoffs
- Use AI coding tools daily (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to prototype, debug, and ship functional features
- Identify high-impact opportunities, design lean experiments, and use data to decide what to build next
- Work embedded in an engineering squad alongside designers, developers, and technical leads
- Define success metrics before you build, measure outcomes after launch, and iterate based on results
- Surface blockers quickly, challenge assumptions constructively, and maintain high momentum across projects
- Communicate progress and decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping features, prototypes, or tools using AI-assisted coding platforms (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
- Strong data fluency: you've run A/B tests or product experiments, defined success metrics, and used findings to shape product direction
- Self-directed exploration of AI tools and techniques—you experiment with new capabilities without waiting for assignments
- Ownership mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, you create clarity by testing and learning rather than waiting for complete specifications
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; fluent in English
- User-focused approach with attention to product quality, usability, and engagement
- Comfort working on consumer products in unfiltered or adult-adjacent categories
- Based in Germany or elsewhere in Europe with legal right to work
Bonus: Design skills sufficient to prompt usable UI; experience at high-growth consumer tech companies; background in entertainment, gaming, avatars, or high-engagement media.
