Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential mobility company seeking a working student to support their accounting team with day-to-day operations. In this role, you will:
- Review and approve employee travel expense reports for compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, handling related inquiries independently
- Support the team with timely processing of incoming transactions including invoices, payment reminders, and payments through accounting inboxes
- Assist with reconciliation of vendor accounts and travel expense settlements, actively helping to resolve posting discrepancies
- Work closely with the finance department and other teams to support the posting of business transactions in the ERP system
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with focus on accounting, finance, or comparable field, or already hold a degree in one of these areas
- Comfortable working with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Careful and structured approach to work
- Clear and friendly communication style when interacting with various stakeholders
- Very good German and English language skills
