Growth Manager – Short-Form Content (Instagram & TikTok)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential creator management organization seeking a Growth Manager – Short-Form Content to drive Instagram and TikTok strategy for a portfolio of digital creators. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.

You'll own the complete short-form content lifecycle for 2-4 creator accounts: developing scripts, directing shoots, managing editors, analyzing performance data, and rapidly testing new approaches. Your core metric is measurable audience growth through content that converts views into sustained reach.

Responsibilities

• Research and deconstruct viral short-form content across Instagram Reels and TikTok to identify replicable patterns and adapt winning formulas for assigned creators
• Write detailed scripts and shot lists for creator shoots, providing precise creative direction and actionable feedback on footage and execution
• Oversee video editors and posting schedules, maintaining full accountability for content quality and output consistency
• Conduct post-mortem analysis on every published piece to determine performance drivers, identify failures, and inform next-week priorities
• Design and execute rapid-cycle content experiments, scaling successful concepts and eliminating underperformers
• Respond to time-sensitive situations including viral moments and platform issues, with availability extending beyond standard business hours when urgent needs arise

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Deep, current expertise in short-form video platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok) demonstrated through personal consumption habits and the ability to articulate what makes content succeed algorithmically and culturally
• Extreme ownership mentality—you view creator account performance as a direct reflection of your work and take full responsibility for outcomes
• Strong pattern-recognition skills with the ability to analyze content sets and extract actionable insights about what distinguishes high-performers from low-performers
• Fluent English communication skills for scripting, creator direction, and team collaboration
• Flexibility to handle occasional weekend or evening work during crisis situations or time-sensitive opportunities

Valued but not required:

• Documented experience growing Instagram or TikTok accounts organically
• Background in digital marketing agencies or creator economy businesses

Pay

This position includes a base salary of $3,000 USD per month plus performance-based bonuses. Our client has indicated realistic total monthly compensation of $3,500-7,000 USD depending on results achieved.
