About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Technical Account Manager in London, UK. Our client is a market leader in enterprise learning technology, serving thousands of global customers with an AI-powered platform that transforms how organizations deliver and manage employee training at scale.
This is a strategic technical role where you'll serve as the trusted advisor to enterprise accounts, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions while driving platform adoption and long-term customer success.
Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technical strategies that align customer business and learning goals with platform capabilities
- Take full technical and product ownership of assigned enterprise accounts while collaborating with commercial teams on growth initiatives
- Guide executive and technical stakeholders through platform innovations, API integrations, and AI-assisted workflows to maximize operational efficiency
- Proactively monitor technical performance metrics including API usage and authentication patterns to identify and mitigate risks before they impact platform stability
- Deliver high-impact executive technical reviews on SLAs and platform performance directly to customer leadership
- Champion customer feedback internally and partner with cross-functional teams to drive systemic platform improvements
- Analyze support case patterns, run proof-of-concept pilot projects, and streamline overall platform health initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of SaaS technical troubleshooting experience
- 2+ years of enterprise or large account management experience
- Strong foundation in back-end practices, RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and SAML authentication
- Front-end fundamentals including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Hands-on experience with at least two of: iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier), SQL queries, or data warehousing/BI tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive decision-makers
- Flexibility to support EMEA time zones and comfortable with international travel up to 25%
- Proactive project management mindset with experience forecasting product impacts and advising on AI/automation integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active AWS Product Certification
- Background in e-Learning, LMS, or HCM industries
- Experience consulting on platform performance, high availability, uptime, and enterprise scalability
Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with three days per week in the London office (Tuesday-Thursday), with flexibility the remainder of the week.
