Mitarbeiter Kundenservice, Marketing & Events (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a sustainable mobility organization in Regensburg that is looking for a motivated professional to support customer service, marketing, and event coordination. In this role, you will:

• Manage email inboxes and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Route customer requests to the appropriate departments
• Oversee and maintain social media channels with engaging content
• Plan and create social media posts and campaigns
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Research relevant trade shows, events, and promotional opportunities
• Handle event registration, booking, and complete logistical organization
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and event schedules
• Represent the organization at events, including occasional weekend attendance
• Support communication around sales, service, and product offerings

What We're Looking For

• Proven marketing experience (this is particularly important to our client)
• Demonstrated expertise with social media management
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in German
• Professional, friendly demeanor in all client interactions
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends when events require
• Interest in bicycles and sustainable transportation solutions
• Basic familiarity with bicycle products is advantageous, but deep technical knowledge is not required
