Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction client in the Dortmund area for this project leadership role. You will lead building construction projects across multiple service phases, from planning through execution. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing high-rise and commercial construction projects through design, tendering, and construction phases
• Coordinating execution plans with drafters and architectural teams
• Preparing specifications, tender documents, and participating in procurement processes
• Leading contract negotiations and preparing award recommendations
• Providing on-site construction management and supervision for individual trades and general contractor environments
• Controlling project schedules, budgets, and quality standards during execution
• Reviewing invoices, change orders, and progress reports
• Coordinating closely with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in planning, project management, or construction site management
• Structured working approach with strong commercial awareness
• Confident presence in stakeholder meetings and contract negotiations
• German language proficiency required for client interaction and documentation
