Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten, eines etablierten Sicherheitsunternehmens in Hamburg, einen Disponenten / Einsatzplaner (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Unser Mandant ist ein zertifizierter Anbieter von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Objektschutz, Werkschutz und Veranstaltungsbetreuung.
Als Disponent koordinieren Sie den Personaleinsatz, sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe und gewährleisten die Zufriedenheit von Kunden und Mitarbeitern. Diese Vollzeitposition bietet Ihnen eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem wachsenden Umfeld.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Personaleinsatzplanung und Koordination der Sicherheitsmitarbeiter
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Einsatzstärke sowie kurzfristige Kompensation von Ausfällen
- Administrative Tätigkeiten und Aufbereitung von Dienstplänen zur Abrechnung
- Koordination und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards
- Kunden- und Objektbetreuung
- Gewährleistung der Kunden- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit
Was wir suchen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder sicherheitsdienstliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sicherheitsdienst wünschenswert
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Führung oder Disposition von Mitarbeitenden
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie engagierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Word und Excel
- Einwandfreier Leumund mit aktuellem und eintragungsfreiem Führungszeugnis
