Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – Fokus: B2B & Product Marketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking a Marketing Manager to drive B2B and product marketing initiatives from their Blaustein location.

In this role, you will:

• Develop targeted B2B marketing campaigns and communication concepts for proprietary software products
• Create compelling content for the company website and social media channels
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Prepare visual screen assets and interface layouts using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for software development teams
• Maintain and optimize the WordPress-based website, leveraging modern AI tools to improve efficiency
• Conceptualize, organize, and execute trade show appearances (approximately 2–4 events annually), from initial planning through on-site management

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration with marketing focus, Media Economics, Communication Design, or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT industry or a software-driven/technical environment
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop and InDesign)
• Strong visual sensibility for digital user interfaces; familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD is a significant advantage but not mandatory
• Genuine enthusiasm for IT topics and eagerness to actively explore and implement modern AI tools to accelerate daily workflows
• Strong communication skills, organizational passion, and structured working style
• Fluent German and good English language skills for professional B2B client communication
