(Senior) CRM Manager:in (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing beauty and personal care organization based in Berlin that operates multiple direct-to-consumer brands with expanding retail partnerships across Europe. Our talent team is seeking a (Senior) CRM Manager to drive customer lifecycle strategy, retention, and measurable growth in customer lifetime value.

This is a hybrid role working closely with the marketing team to shape and execute CRM strategy across all brand touchpoints. You'll be instrumental in building sustainable customer relationships through data-driven campaigns, personalization, and loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention across all markets with clear focus on growth, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value
• Plan, optimize, and execute multi-channel customer journeys including automation and personalization
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests, translating insights into data-driven optimization strategies
• Build, maintain, and evolve loyalty programs including customer surveys and feedback mechanisms
• Leverage analytics and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop creative campaigns that drive engagement and extend customer lifetime value
• Collaborate cross-functionally on project and campaign planning

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of CRM experience with direct responsibility for lifecycle and retention initiatives
• Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms to build scalable, high-performing setups (Klaviyo experience is a plus but not required)
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with a test-and-learn mindset based on KPIs and performance metrics
• Proven experience with segmentation, personalization, and building customer journeys and lifecycle strategies
• Hands-on experience with automation and personalized CRM flows throughout the customer lifecycle
• Self-starter who is structured and experienced in project and campaign management, working with cross-functional teams
• Experience with complex lifecycle setups; knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and beauty industry is advantageous
• Fluent in German and English; French or Italian is a plus
