About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology venture in the robotics space. They are building cutting-edge initiatives from the ground up and need an exceptional robotics engineer who thrives in a zero-to-one environment. This is a 100% remote role for candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Responsibilities

You will own and execute core early-stage initiatives in robotics, translating strategic vision into concrete technical roadmaps. Your work will include:

• Leading 0-to-1 product development in robotics, from prototype to production-ready systems
• Architecting scalable technical solutions that position the organization for rapid growth
• Driving critical technical milestones with complete end-to-end ownership
• Moving quickly from concept to implementation without layers of approval or bureaucracy
• Collaborating directly with leadership, engineers, researchers, and commercial teams

What We're Looking For

• Location: Europe or the Americas (remote arrangements available)
• Proven domain expertise in robotics engineering
• High-agency builder mindset with demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of technical initiatives
• Experience shipping robotics products or systems from scratch
• Strong ability to work autonomously and make strategic technical decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment focused on rapid validation and traction
