Logistic Coordinator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their operations team remotely in India. Our client values sustainable practices and meticulous attention to detail in their supply chain operations.

This is an immediate hire – candidates who can start quickly are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of goods
• Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries across all logistics channels
• Follow up with transport partners regarding delayed, pending, or incomplete shipments
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans
• Update shipment statuses and maintain accurate logistics records using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies to the appropriate teams
• Communicate shipment updates to producers, transporters, and other stakeholders
• Ensure logistics activities comply with company policies and documentation requirements
• Escalate shipment delays, damages, discrepancies, or operational issues to management
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports for internal review
• Support import/export documentation when required
• Maintain organized records of all shipments, deliveries, and logistics documentation

What We're Looking For

• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory – including tracking, reporting, and data management capabilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to write professional emails and maintain clear documentation
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive approach with ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving logistics processes
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is advantageous but not required – candidates with relevant coordination experience will be considered
