Marketing Manager*in Social Media & Creator (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing international beauty and skincare brand based in Frankfurt am Main. Our client is building an innovative product category and expanding their presence across Instagram and TikTok. We're looking for a Marketing Manager specializing in social media and creator partnerships to join their dynamic team.

This role offers significant creative freedom and direct impact from day one. You'll shape content strategy, build creator networks, and help bring a fresh approach to beauty marketing across German and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute content for Instagram and TikTok
• Build and manage an international creator network from research and outreach through DMs to partnership development
• Oversee ongoing creator collaborations including briefings, product shipments, follow-ups, and content reposts
• Maintain the creator database with structured documentation of contacts, conversations, and partnerships
• Coordinate user-generated content productions with creators and agencies
• Monitor social media trends and identify which formats, topics, and creators align with brand positioning
• Bring community insights and feedback to the team and collaborate on new content development

What We're Looking For

• Strong passion for beauty, skincare, marketing, or design
• Deep knowledge of current trends on Instagram and TikTok with intuition for what will become relevant next
• Ability to assess which creators fit a brand and which don't
• Enthusiasm for writing direct messages and engaging in personal exchanges
• Strong sense for content, language, and aesthetics
• Experience in content creation, video editing, or creator marketing is a plus but not required
• Fluent communication in both German and English for international team and creator network collaboration
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with commitment to completing tasks
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week; full-time, part-time, or working student arrangements can be discussed
