Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise technology platform seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and sales enablement. In this role, you will:

  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new product and feature launches, coordinating cross-functional teams toward shared objectives
  • Develop compelling sales narratives and enablement materials, building segment-focused playbooks and establishing feedback loops between commercial teams and product development
  • Craft structured messaging and positioning statements that clearly communicate product value and resonate with target audiences
  • Define success metrics and analyze product performance, reporting to stakeholders and using insights to refine messaging and launch strategies
  • Own competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to inform product roadmap decisions
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Champion customer voice in strategic decisions through research, feedback analysis, and market insight

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with proven collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing functions
  • Demonstrated impact leading product marketing or strategy initiatives at high-growth technology companies
  • Proactive communicator who adapts quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, distributed environment
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a willingness to tackle both high-level planning and detailed implementation
  • Experience working with demanding stakeholders and maintaining trust through challenges
  • Ability to build workflows from scratch, transforming ambiguous briefs into clear plans with defined metrics and timelines
  • Track record of raising standards and bringing teams along on ambitious goals
  • Proficiency using AI tools to enhance work speed and quality
  • Based in or willing to relocate to London, with hybrid work expectations (typically three days per week in office)
