About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential identity security organization that is expanding its sales presence across the DACH region. Our talent team is seeking an accomplished Account Executive with professional fluency in both English and German. This remote role can be based anywhere within the UK.

Our client is looking for an energetic sales professional with strong channel experience and a proven track record of leveraging partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for achieving quota targets, managing pipeline development, recruiting partners, and executing regional go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a healthy 3-5X pipeline through effective prospecting and lead management within your territory
  • Focus primarily on closing business with companies of 1000+ employees
  • Manage and report sales pipeline within CRM systems, providing accurate quarterly revenue visibility
  • Develop territory plans and provide necessary sales support
  • Balance activities and opportunities that deliver both short-term and long-term revenue
  • Network regularly to attract and influence partner sales teams and strengthen partner relationships
  • Leverage existing relationships to recruit and onboard new partners, securing commitment to proactive demand generation activities
  • Maintain a regional partner plan that maps partner strengths to accounts and target opportunities
  • Track and manage lead flow between partners and internal sales teams, proactively communicating on channel pipeline and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver events, programs, and campaigns that create awareness among partners' customers
  • Build and execute joint partner business plans with measurable success metrics
  • Set and achieve financial goals for focus partners
  • Drive multiple channel initiatives simultaneously across technical, professional services, and sales functions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience; IT security product experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience at a startup or pre-$100M revenue company is desirable
  • Proven track record of driving continued partner growth and revenue
  • Knowledge and strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region
  • Ability to drive influence and build effective relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner organizations
  • Motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multitask and work independently or within a team
  • Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and public speaking
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Channel leadership experience with ability to teach, enable, and motivate partners to find and close business
  • Established relationships with top VARs and Integrators
  • Consistent track record of achieving annual quota targets with specific examples of key customer wins
  • Competitive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in high-growth, matrixed organizations
  • History of collaborative selling
  • Proficient user of CRM tools, G Suite, and MS Office applications
  • Professional fluency in both English and German is required
