Solutions Architect, CustomerLake

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data platform organization seeking a Solutions Architect to drive adoption of their customer data and marketing intelligence solutions. In this role, you will:

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers through customer data and marketing projects, from architectural design through data engineering, identity resolution, audience activation, and intelligent automation deployment
• Collaborate with account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies, driving adoption from initial Customer 360 implementations through full platform deployments
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to CMOs, heads of marketing technology, data engineering leaders, and marketing analytics teams
• Enable clients through workshops, proof-of-concept execution, and developing customer-facing materials that demonstrate technical value
• Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into strategic recommendations for product and engineering teams
• Act as tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges in mission-critical customer data environments
• Establish and refine sales qualification and POC intake processes to maximize customer success

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of customer data platform, marketing technology, or customer data engineering expertise, with proven experience designing and delivering client-facing solutions (including 3+ years in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles)
• Experience with design and implementation of data and AI applications for marketing and customer engagement, including identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, next-best-action, and agentic AI workflows
• Deep familiarity with CDP and martech/adtech platforms and composable-CDP architectures, including implementation, identity resolution, audience activation, and migration strategies
• Strong understanding of the customer data landscape: first-party data sources, third-party enrichment, identity graphs, consent and privacy signals, and martech/adtech destinations
• Experience operationalizing customer data as governed data products, including audience definition in SQL or natural language, reverse-ETL and activation pipelines, and governance frameworks
• Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators and consulting organizations on marketing and customer data initiatives
• Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical field
