Account Executive 🇫🇷 (Mid-market)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization that is transforming how people access and experience healthcare services across Europe. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their expanding Paris-based sales operation, focusing on mid-market clients in the French market.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll manage the entire process from prospecting through close, working with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees. The average sales cycle runs 4-6 months with an average annual contract value of €150K. You'll engage with HR executives and C-level decision-makers across various industry verticals including technology, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract signature and handoff to implementation
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and business requirements
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each stakeholder's priorities
• Build consensus among multiple decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures
• Negotiate contract terms and close strategic opportunities
• Ensure smooth transitions from prospect to customer during onboarding
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share market insights and improve go-to-market strategy
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, including prospecting, qualification, and closing
• Native or C2-level proficiency in French and advanced English skills
• Proven track record selling to mid-market companies with complex stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue business models and value drivers
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous follow-up capabilities
• Consultative selling approach with genuine empathy for customer challenges
• Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
• Eagerness to learn quickly and make immediate impact
