Working Student Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace organization in their search for a Working Student in Talent Acquisition. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technical environment while supporting the attraction of engineering and technical talent.

Based in Parsdorf, Bavaria, this role requires on-site presence at least 2 days per week and offers direct exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates across multiple channels and platforms
• Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the team by conducting initial candidate interviews
• Post job advertisements on career pages and job boards
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, including KPI setup and tracking
• Support recruiting events to connect with prospective candidates
• Identify process improvements and help implement solutions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data for reporting and KPI tracking
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on-site at least 2 days per week
• Fluent in English

Preferred:

• Previous practical exposure to recruiting or HR through internship, working student role, or project work
• German language skills
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
