About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Support Agent (Freelance) to join their customer experience team. This is a fully remote, freelance position available to candidates based in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Ecuador.
Our talent team is partnering with a client in the social technology space to identify skilled support professionals who can handle high-volume customer interactions across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Answer new support tickets across live chat and email channels
- Work through backlog tickets, prioritizing oldest and urgent cases
- Maintain fast First Response Time (FRT) standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Escalate cases that require involvement from other teams
- Follow up on pending customer conversations to ensure resolution
- Keep tickets correctly tagged, assigned, and updated in the support system
- Follow existing support processes, templates, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Experience roles
- Proven experience with live chat and email support
- Demonstrated ability handling high ticket volumes and backlogs
- Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support platforms
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience with SaaS, tech, AI, app, or subscription-product environments (preferred)
- Availability to work 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST shift
- Fully remote work setup with reliable internet connection
