About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential software development organization based in the USA. Our client builds applications that deliver meaningful impact and is seeking a remote, part-time Full Stack Developer with strong Laravel and React expertise to join their team immediately.
This is a long-term position offering job stability, mentorship from senior developers, engaging projects, annual salary increases, and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel and React
- Write clean, maintainable PHP and JavaScript code
- Design and implement database solutions using MySQL
- Collaborate with lead developers and participate in code reviews
- Manage version control using Git
- Attend team meetings during core collaboration hours (9 AM to 12 PM EST)
- Work independently outside of meeting times on assigned projects
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Laravel and PHP
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with React and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in CSS and front-end development
- Solid MySQL database experience
- Experience with Git version control
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Available for meetings between 9 AM and 12 PM EST
- Comfortable with identity verification processes
- Prepared to complete comprehensive technical assessments as part of the hiring process
