Senior Product Manager – SuperApp

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their merchant-facing mobile application serving millions of small business customers. In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end product experience of the core merchant application, elevating UX quality, information architecture, and navigation across key business-facing surfaces
• Identify and execute activation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities that drive measurable engagement and long-term merchant value
• Define and drive the product strategy to position the platform as an indispensable tool for small businesses operating globally
• Partner closely with design and data teams while serving as the primary stakeholder contact for teams across the organization who depend on the platform to reach customers
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, design, and commercial teams to align priorities and translate merchant insights into actionable roadmaps

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager driving measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, and monetization
• Deep expertise in product discovery, prioritization, and outcome-driven delivery with fluency in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Strong visual and UX judgment with experience leading customer research and providing clear, constructive feedback to design teams
• Comfort managing stakeholders across design, engineering, and commercial functions to drive alignment on roadmap decisions
• Experience with consumer-facing mobile applications at scale preferred
