Integration Manager Assistant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking an Integration Manager Assistant based in Ukraine. Our client operates a platform that processes millions of requests daily for users across global markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational API knowledge who wants to grow their technical integration skills in a production environment.

As our talent team works with this organization, we're looking for candidates who enjoy working with data, troubleshooting technical workflows, and supporting integration operations.

Responsibilities

In your first 1–3 months, you will:

• Monitor daily data synchronization status through CRM interfaces
• Execute data reimports to resolve synchronization issues
• Configure new client integrations and set up client accounts in the CRM UI
• Test integrations before production release using tools like Postman and the CRM interface
• Verify incoming events and data mappings are correctly configured
• Follow up with clients to collect missing technical information needed for integrations
• Assist with testing after integration updates or platform releases

Optional responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients through API integration processes based on documentation
• Investigating and troubleshooting basic integration issues before escalating to development teams

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Basic understanding of APIs and web integrations
• Comfort working with data and troubleshooting technical issues
• Enthusiasm for growing technical skills in a SaaS environment
• Strong communication skills in English and Ukrainian

Bonus Skills:

• Ability to test APIs with Postman or curl
• Experience reading JSON payloads
• Experience reading server or access logs
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Ukrainian
