Manager, Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for a Manager, Operations based in Morocco. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives that directly impact service delivery and organizational performance.

Our client is seeking an experienced operations professional who can bridge data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage methodologies for tracking, identifying, and problem-solving operational issues across the organization
• Perform data analysis from multiple sources to measure effectiveness and return on investment of current and new initiatives
• Interpret and present program results and insights to stakeholders, building data-driven analysis approaches
• Collaborate with staff to identify internal and external customer expectations and initiate process changes to increase quality and reduce costs
• Facilitate and support operations teams in planning, achievement, and tracking of key strategic initiatives
• Serve as an internal resource and advisor on continuous improvement activities
• Explore new approaches to work processes utilizing quality improvement techniques to eliminate waste and rework
• Travel up to 25% as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in operational business processes or data analysis
• Background in managed care or insurance industry preferred
• Practical experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) highly desirable
• Experience working within a matrix environment preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data from various sources
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
