Position Summary

As Front Desk Agent, you are the cornerstone of guest operations at our oceanfront property. You'll greet arriving guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, answer inquiries about resort amenities and local attractions, and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth. Your role extends beyond transactions—you'll be a hospitality ambassador, setting the tone for each guest's stay while ensuring smooth coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.

Core Duties

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to guest questions about accommodations, services, and nearby attractions
• Process room changes, late checkouts, and special requests
• Manage phones, emails, and in-person inquiries with responsiveness
• Maintain the front desk area with organization and professionalism
• Handle payments and verify reservations using property management systems
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs
• Follow company policies and local regulations regarding guest safety and data protection

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some hospitality or customer service background preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help guests
