Director, Partner Seller – Google

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global technology services organization in their search for a Director, Partner Seller - Google. This remote position is based in the United States and offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth within the technology services sector.

In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic technology partnerships, working closely with account executives and sales teams to identify, qualify, and close co-sell opportunities. You'll act as a trusted advisor on partner solutions while positioning differentiated offerings to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own joint revenue growth and pipeline creation with assigned strategic technology partner(s), specifically Google
• Identify, qualify, shape, and close opportunities (including partner-led and partner-influenced) in collaboration with internal sales teams and alliance management
• Build and maintain executive relationships with partner account executives, sellers, and alliance leaders to drive co-sell opportunities
• Act as the trusted expert on partner solutions and position differentiated offerings to customers in collaboration with sales and account management teams
• Partner with marketing and alliance management teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, campaigns, events, and account strategies
• Attend partner and industry events per the annual plan, with accountability for lead generation and relationship management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building and managing strategic relationships with Google, with strong knowledge of its technology portfolio and partner ecosystem
• Experience working within the technology services industry
• Successful track record in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated achievement of targets
• Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling, with the ability to shape complex customer opportunities
• Experience operating effectively in a global, multicultural, and matrixed environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay

Our client offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $160,000 to $210,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on qualifications, skills, education, experience, and work location. Benefits available to eligible employees include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and holidays.
