About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential live events technology company in their search for a Client Success Manager. Our client is transforming how fans experience sports and entertainment through innovative ticketing solutions.
In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to sports teams, venues, and entertainment organizations—helping them unlock revenue growth and deliver exceptional fan experiences. This is a high-impact position where you'll build trusted relationships with senior leaders, drive product adoption, and influence commercial outcomes across some of the most recognized brands in live events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, aligning technology solutions with their business goals to drive measurable revenue growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers across client organizations
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve client performance through product adoption, commercial optimization, and fan experience enhancement
- Lead business reviews and deliver data-driven insights that support renewals, expansion, and overall client success
- Generate client advocacy through case studies, referrals, and industry exposure
- Manage daily communication and resolve issues across a portfolio of clients, including complex accounts
- Travel to client events as needed (approximately 25-30%) to support engagement and relationship building
- Analyze product usage, sales, and financial data using tools like Looker, Excel, and Google Suite to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support client requirements and influence product roadmaps
- Contribute to forecasting, onboarding, and scaling client success operations
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships in SaaS, tech, or entertainment environments
- Proven track record of driving measurable client outcomes and revenue results with supporting data
- Experience presenting to and building relationships with leadership-level stakeholders at partner organizations
- Deep understanding of commercial and financial aspects of business operations and P&L impact
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complexity
- Confidence working with data and analytics platforms (Looker, Google Suite, reporting tools)
- Problem-solver who takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, and adapts quickly in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative mindset with a cross-functional "one team" approach
- Willingness to travel regularly to client locations and live events (25-30%)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in sports, ticketing, or live events is a plus

Pay
