Growth Designer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce consultancy in Düsseldorf seeking a Growth Designer to own the complete creative process for client campaigns. You will design high-performing campaigns in Figma and deploy them at speed, building visual systems using stock imagery, AI-generated assets through prompting, and compositing. Both copywriting and design sit with you—from concept through to deployment—giving you full creative ownership and immediate visibility into revenue impact.
