Responsibilities

• Partner with customers' commercial teams to identify where they are losing profit to change and disputes, demonstrating how technology can prevent margin leakage
• Support customer adoption by ensuring site and office teams maintain consistent documentation of changes, issues and claims
• Coach customers on strengthening their claims positions and defending disputes with auditable, documented records
• Act as the commercial voice within the product development process, ensuring solutions reflect real-world project realities
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the customer base to elevate industry-wide standards

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Significant experience as a Commercial Manager or similar construction role with direct responsibility for change management and claims
• Deep understanding of how unmanaged change and inadequate records impact project profitability
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain complex commercial issues clearly
• Strategic thinking capability - able to diagnose problems and implement practical solutions
• Genuine desire to make industry-wide impact beyond individual projects

Desirable:

• Experience consulting or advising multiple stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital transformation initiatives in construction
• Comfort leading workshops, training sessions, or customer presentations
