Data Owner Support

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical organization seeking several Data Owner Support professionals to strengthen their data governance activities within an international environment. You will play a key role at the interface between Business, IT, and Data Governance teams to ensure effective, reliable, and compliant data management throughout the data lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Data Owners in implementing data governance best practices
• Mapping data, its uses, and associated flows
• Documenting data, metadata, and access rules
• Defining, monitoring, and improving data quality indicators
• Conducting risk analyses related to Data Integrity
• Developing and managing associated remediation plans
• Ensuring data domains comply with FAIR principles
• Facilitating communication between business teams, IT, Data Management, and Data Governance
• Participating in continuous improvement of data governance processes
• Contributing to stakeholder awareness of data quality and management issues

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Significant experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality
• Proven track record in complex and highly regulated environments
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in R&D, is strongly valued
• Experience in one of the following domains is a plus: CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing & Control), Clinical Trials Management, Clinical Data Management, or Worldwide Regulatory Affairs

Skills:

• Strong expertise in Data Governance
• Mastery of Data Quality and Metadata Management concepts
• Good knowledge of FAIR principles and their implementation
• Experience in Data Integrity risk assessment
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Comfort working in cross-functional environments involving both business and technical stakeholders

Languages:

• Fluent French required
• Professional-level English essential (international context)

Location: Saclay, France (hybrid mode with partial remote work authorized)
