Our client operates in high-end financial consulting and is building the next generation of entrepreneurial consultants. This role combines professional certification, business development training, and a pathway to independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete professional certifications in financial consulting (IHK qualifications § 34d & § 34f GewO)
• Learn the full value chain of modern financial advisory, from strategy development to complex investment solutions
• Build and manage your own client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professionals
• Develop entrepreneurial skills including business planning, sales strategy, and client portfolio management
• Network with young professionals and decision-makers in the Berlin market
• Work toward becoming an independent partner within the organization's framework

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree (Business, Law, Humanities, or similar) or commercial apprenticeship; final-year students also considered
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and initiative
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients on complex financial topics
• Professional presence combined with empathy and relationship-building abilities
• Commitment to continuous professional and personal development
• Career changers with determination and learning agility are welcome
• German language proficiency required for IHK certifications and client communication
