(Senior) B2B Marketing Manager*In (M/W/D) Lead Generation

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization in Hamburg, and we're seeking a talented B2B Marketing Manager to drive lead generation for their flagship business platform. In this role, you'll own the full funnel—not just collecting contacts, but building a sophisticated lead generation engine that delivers sales-ready opportunities.

You will:

• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads for exhibitors and corporate partners
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target companies and craft personalized outreach strategies
• Build integrated campaigns that combine performance advertising and email marketing into a cohesive owned and paid strategy
• Create and implement lead scoring models that distinguish sales-ready prospects from early-stage contacts
• Design nurturing sequences that guide leads through the buyer journey from first touchpoint to sales handoff
• Write compelling campaign copy, nurturing emails, and sequences that resonate with B2B audiences
• Serve as the critical bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring only qualified leads are passed to the sales team
• Take full ownership of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
• Continuously analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on funnel metrics

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings hands-on B2B marketing expertise with proven lead generation success. This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies or provides high-level direction—you must have deep operational experience.

Required qualifications:

• Several years of professional B2B marketing experience with demonstrated lead generation results
• Hands-on expertise in email marketing and performance marketing channels, particularly LinkedIn Ads—you've executed campaigns yourself, not just briefed others
• Strong working knowledge of lead scoring and lead nurturing methodologies
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot for campaign execution and lead management
• Ability to independently manage and optimize landing pages for conversion
• Analytical mindset with experience making data-driven decisions based on funnel performance
• Excellent copywriting skills in German for B2B audiences
• Experience understanding partner and exhibitor motivations in the events space is a significant advantage
