Associate HR Services Partner (Remote, PHL)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking an Associate HR Services Partner to join their HR Shared Services team. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines.

In this entry-level role, you will execute standardized HR transactions and deliver frontline support across the employee and contingent worker lifecycle. You'll work within established processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery while escalating complex matters to senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding task tracking and milestone completion, ensuring pre-hire and Day 1 requirements are fulfilled by partnering with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Payroll
• Support onboarding, extensions, and offboarding of contingent workers, maintaining accurate records and validating assignment details in compliance with contractual requirements
• Provide first-level support to employees and managers by responding to inquiries using SOPs and knowledge base articles, delivering timely and professional customer service
• Guide employees and managers on HR processes, systems, and lifecycle events, promoting self-service tools and available knowledge resources
• Initiate and support standard HR transactions in HRIS systems in accordance with established procedures
• Process employee lifecycle transactions and administrative requests, including job changes, employment verifications, and related activities
• Log, manage, and resolve cases in ticketing systems within defined SLAs, ensuring accurate documentation, categorization, and clear communication with stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across HR transactions, maintaining compliance with audit, data privacy, and retention requirements
• Identify and escalate complex, non-standard, or policy-related inquiries to Tier 2 for further review and resolution
• Support achievement of team SLAs and performance metrics, including timeliness, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Follow established SOPs and work instructions consistently; flag discrepancies or recurring issues to leadership
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
• Basic HR systems proficiency
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Understanding of confidentiality and data integrity principles

Preferred:

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow
