Marketing Assistant (Brand & Organic Marketing)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential career learning platform seeking a Marketing Assistant to support their brand and organic marketing efforts. This remote, part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) is based in Spain and offers room to grow into full-time responsibilities.

Our client operates across the US, Europe, and Latin America, helping professionals develop technical and AI skills for career advancement. Their small, efficient marketing team needs systematic support to manage the growing volume of content updates, page maintenance, and coordination work that keeps their digital presence current.

Responsibilities

• Blog Content Refresh: Work with the SEO/GEO Growth Engineer to update 10-20 published articles monthly using Claude. Update facts, tighten structure, publish finished text, and verify formatting, links, images, and copy quality.
• Page Maintenance: Execute minor changes on live pages including dates, prices, and links. Work with Claude agents to locate components and implement changes accurately.
• Project Coordination: Track down elements needed before articles publish—student quotes, cover briefs, instructor photos. Follow up with vendors on invoices and upload into internal billing systems.
• Record Keeping: Maintain change logs and keep the team's Jira board current and organized.
• Process Improvement: Help identify repeatable tasks and their cadence to initiate automations, then maintain those systems.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools in professional settings, with awareness of where AI makes mistakes
• Junior project-management skills with ability to handle multiple small tasks simultaneously and close them independently
• Strong attention to detail—you catch incorrect numbers, broken links, and formatting issues
• B2+ English proficiency with ability to spot AI patterns in published copy and recognize when sentences lack natural flow
• Comfort working with technical tools including GitHub, Claude Code, WordPress, Jira, Figma, and Notion—or willingness to learn them quickly

Nice to Have:

• Basic marketing understanding: context for why pages, articles, and funnels exist, how they're discovered, and awareness of proper link tracking
• Experience maintaining team tickets, files, or documentation in organized systems
