Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Senior Designer to join their in-house creative team. This is a rare opportunity to work on brand-defining campaigns, multi-platform design systems, and product storytelling at scale.

You'll collaborate with creative directors, strategists, copywriters, and product teams to develop beautifully crafted work that balances exceptional design craft with emerging AI-enabled workflows. This role requires both systematic thinking and creative exploration—someone who can move confidently between early visual concepts and polished final execution.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality work across campaigns, multi-platform systems, product storytelling, and live experiences
• Develop concepts from early visual exploration through design development and final execution
• Apply exceptional craft across typography, image-making, layout, composition, and art direction
• Partner with creative directors and art directors to develop visual territories and scalable creative systems
• Create modular frameworks, templates, and reusable design tools that support speed without compromising craft
• Use generative AI tools throughout concepting, prototyping, and production while maintaining human judgment and taste
• Translate brand systems into distinctive creative expression across channels and formats
• Present work clearly, explain design decisions, and respond constructively to feedback
• Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, motion designers, producers, and specialist partners
• Maintain high design standards through fast timelines, multiple workstreams, and changing priorities

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in design, art direction, or multidisciplinary creative practice
• A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft across multi-platform campaigns and product storytelling
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, image-making, and visual composition
• Strong fluency across digital, motion, and emerging design practices
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to carry ideas from exploration through final execution
• Experience working across both high-velocity creative and highly crafted flagship work
• Experience applying brand systems in ways that feel distinctive and alive
• Strong systems thinking and experience creating modular frameworks or reusable creative tools
• Fluency with industry-standard creative software and AI-enabled visual workflows
• A clear perspective on how generative AI changes visual exploration, authorship, and production
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with copywriters, motion designers, strategists, and production
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Current understanding of culture, design, art, technology, and emerging visual practices
• Ability to balance speed, experimentation, and craft
• A maker-first approach with curiosity and commitment to continuously improving the work
