About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in Italy. We are seeking an IT Sales Account Specialist to join their team and drive new client acquisition in the Emilia Romagna-Toscana region.
This is a fully remote position focused on developing business relationships with professional practices. You will manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation, working closely with implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through outbound prospecting and relationship building
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle including discovery calls, meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Coordinate with technical implementation teams for seamless client handoffs
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system with daily updates
- Collaborate regularly with your Sales Manager to report on market feedback and receive ongoing coaching
- Utilize digital sales tools and platforms to maximize productivity
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with prospective clients

Compensation and Benefits
Our client offers a direct hire position under CCNL Commercio with a base salary plus performance-based variable compensation. The total compensation package ranges from €35,000 to €45,000 annually.
This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment. Benefits include meal vouchers, welfare programs, company mobile phone and laptop, professional development and training, travel expense reimbursement, performance bonuses, and additional incentives.
