Founder’s Office Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing fintech platform in Southeast Asia that is building next-generation financial products. Our client is expanding its leadership team and needs a strategic operator to work directly with founders on the highest-impact initiatives across the organization.

This role is based in Singapore and requires candidates who are already located there. You will work closely with core teams on engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development challenges. As the organization scales, you'll help solve new problems, build capabilities, and drive execution wherever it matters most.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business in partnership with leadership
• Solve complex business and product challenges that require cross-functional collaboration
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization grows
• Lead strategic projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities to support expansion
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes

• Strong English communication skills (required for global teams)
• Currently based in Singapore
