About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Product Manager to drive strategy, roadmap development, and technical feature definition for key products. This role bridges organizational gaps between development, marketing, sales, and support teams while ensuring products align with overall business strategy and deliver significant value to customers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product portfolio roadmaps, marketing plans, and product-specific positioning strategies
- Execute Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) strategy for assigned product categories
- Develop pricing strategies consistent with marketing objectives and brand positioning
- Lead customer-facing activities including voice of customer (VOC) and customer-centered design (CCD) initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally on new product development processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee packaging design and labeling to ensure regulatory compliance for domestic and international markets
- Define product vision and strategy leveraging competitive analysis, customer insights, and market research
- Conduct trade research on product offerings including competitive intelligence, pricing, and industry trends
- Develop project plans and status reports to monitor progress and key business metrics
- Work closely with development and vendor teams to ensure feature sets exceed customer expectations
- Serve as a subject matter expert and go-to resource on assigned products
- Visit customers and attend industry events as needed (travel less than 10%)
What We're Looking For
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in product management or related roles
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with product development, project management, sourcing, and vendor negotiations
- Excellent public presentation skills for both internal and external audiences
- Ability to lead and participate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities with ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations
- Technical background in product development
- Understanding of healthcare markets and business operations

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: $70,440 - $96,885 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation not reflected in the base salary range.
