Senior Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software client in their search for a Senior Solution Consultant based in Paris. In this role, you will serve as a technical and domain expert on high-stakes enterprise opportunities within the supply chain planning space.

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Enterprise Engagement: Work with large strategic prospects in France and the wider Southern Europe region, focusing on manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will identify complex business planning challenges and demonstrate how modern planning platforms can address them.
• Solution Engineering: Design and build tailored Proof of Concept models and demonstrations that show how advanced planning technology solves supply chain problems such as S&OP, production planning, and capacity constraints, linking solutions directly to financial outcomes.
• Collaborative Preparation: Partner closely with a European team of supply chain specialists to prepare and deliver high-quality demonstrations for critical opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Present technical solutions to Supply Chain Directors, VPs, and C-level executives while maintaining alignment with internal sales, product, and pre-sales teams.

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Several years of successful pre-sales or solution consulting experience with deep specialization in supply chain planning, including S&OP, supply planning, and production planning
• Consultative, value-driven selling approach combined with hands-on technical capability in model building and demo preparation
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders
• Fluent in French and highly proficient in English for European team collaboration
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent strongly preferred

Highly valued experience:

• Prior hands-on experience with advanced supply chain planning software
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management, Integrated Business Planning, or multi-dimensional planning tools
• Proven track record working with manufacturing and industrial accounts, understanding their operational realities and production planning challenges
• Strong multi-dimensional modeling skills and familiarity with mathematical optimization engines or solvers
