Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education organization seeking a working student to support the founding team. You will work closely with leadership on a range of strategic and operational initiatives:

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify funding opportunities; build presentations and decision-making documents
• Drive small projects independently from concept to completion
• Help establish and improve internal processes—from applicant workflows to course coordination
• Support social media, newsletters, and website content; contribute ideas to reach target audiences
• Maintain clean CRM data (leads, prospects, partners) and build simple reports to inform decision-making

Your day-to-day mix will adapt to organizational priorities and your own strengths and learning goals.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student (business, entrepreneurship, communications, social sciences, education—discipline matters less than your drive)
• Structured and autonomous: you finish tasks without waiting for instructions and speak up when you need help
• Strong German writing skills (minimum C1) for texts, presentations, and emails
• Digitally fluent: comfortable picking up tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and similar platforms; you use or are eager to learn AI tools
• Bonus (not required): prior startup, marketing, or CRM experience; basic technical skills (website maintenance, automations)
