Werkstudent Patient Operations (m/w/d)*

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization in Frankfurt that is transforming patient access to specialized therapies. Our talent team is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their Patient Operations function, supporting customers through digital channels while maintaining quality standards and operational excellence.

This role offers hands-on experience in customer care, quality management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing environment. You'll work closely with product, technology, and operations teams to continuously improve the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via live chat and ticketing system, resolving issues independently and escalating complex matters to appropriate departments
• Process and manage orders from the online shop
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of chat and ticket interactions, providing feedback to team members
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quality frameworks and track relevant KPIs
• Monitor key performance indicators related to quality, processes, and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with product, technology, and operational teams to enhance the customer experience and journey
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to continuously improve customer care standards

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university and seeking a working student position in customer service, quality management, or operations
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as support, service, or advisory functions is advantageous
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work, including repetitive tasks
• Comfort working with metrics and prior experience with Excel or similar tools
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
• Ability to work from the Frankfurt office
